Rather than viewing AI as a replacement for creativity, we saw it as another tool in the storyteller’s toolbox.
Our creative team spent countless hours designing, refining, and developing Ba’s appearance, personality, and emotional range until he felt authentic to the world we wanted to create.

By combining AI-assisted character development with real performances, locations, editing, and storytelling, we were able to create a character that feels both cinematic and deeply human.
